HK’s brief was to produce designs to comprehensively refurbish the property and site to modern market standards.
Adding 2 extensions would also bring the floor area up to 25,000sqft and a market for a small headquarters building
The concept is to add new office space behind a facade which integrates with the existing brick architecture
A new entrance pavilion ‘docks’ on the front providing an impressive arrival and signalling the new development.
