The building owner approached HK to propose changes and upgrades to all areas to bring the specification up to a level expected of a building in this location. A re-landscaped entrance forecourt and bronze canopied entrance leads to a stunning arrival space and Atrium Lounge. Planning consents delivered additional office space, a new bike hub and roof terraces.
