This project involves the comprehensive refurbishment of an office building designed in the mid 90’s by Rolfe Judd which is situated in the heart of London’s Mayfair adjacent to the Saudi Arabian Embassy and Shepherds Market. Interventions include a new entrance, canopy and reception space leading to reformatted stair cores and WC’s. The office floors are provided with new services and lighting within carefully coordinated ceilings, lifting the specification.
The material palette has been designed to add highlight and lowlight ‘seaming’ to a previously bland appearance.
