A development by Banda of two distinct elements on a prominent Chelsea site. A dilapidated traditional town house will be rebuilt, replicating the original form, materials and detailing. A neighbouring set of parking garages will be demolished and replaced with an architecturally striking low-rise apartment block, comprising two duplex apartments and a penthouse. The apartments will be built using an innovative pre-cast concrete and brick panelised facade system designed by Haptic Architects.
HK Architects have been employed by the contractor to deliver the site phase of the project under a design and build contract.
