The key to this project is the addition of a new CLT framed office link connecting the two wings of an existing office. Previously the reception space and uninviting courtyard inhibited ground floor connectivity. Connecting across to the rear of reception with access to a beautiful outdoor space gives the building a heart. This new space seems most suited to communal and meeting space for the office spaces either side encouraging communication. A re-imagined arrival pergola, renewed reception and re-landscaped courtyard provide quality foil to the 38,000sqft of refurbished office space.
