This handsome building dating from the 30s has subsequently been converted for multi tenanted office letting with the former entrance hall converted to A4 use. Our remit was to enhance all the common parts to improve the visibility and impact for building inhabitants and visitors. The various original features of the building are to be preserved with enhancements designed to complement the existing palette.
