This office building in Central Birmingham was constructed as part of a high profile  development in the late 90’s providing a new commercial quarter for the city. 20 years on the building needed an update to reflect current market expectations. The refurbishment scheme covered all common parts and a large proportion of the Cat A office space. New features of the scheme include a new Cycle Hub, Rooftop Terrace and Reception Business Lounge. The office floors were fitted out with hybrid exposed services delivering style and flexibility to future tenants.
