We were asked to prepare two different layouts for the real estate department of Verizon, so that they could market the space and make it more appealing for different types of clients. We developed a TMT (technology, media and telecom) business option and a corporate one.
The brief for TMT was to design a fairly fluid space where there’s no solid distinction between working, meeting and break out. It was meant to be a fairly dynamic and collaborative space.
The corporate is a pretty typical arrangement with various size meeting rooms, phone booths, private offices and a very generous break out space
