HK are interested in the current changes to Planning legislation. Recently visiting a presentation of the new draft Nation Planning Policy Framework.
The draft by the coalition government aims to devolve planning powers to a local and neighbourhood level. The implications will be interesting. An attempt to simplify planning should be applauded. We remain to be convinced!
