This competition proposal was developed in response to a Department of Energy / RIBA sponsored competition to replace the classic 30’s design for new extensions to the National Grid. The design looked to marry a simple repeatable structure with quickly assembled pre-fabrication. This flexible and adaptable framework was devised in collaboration with David Akera Engineers
