A refurbishment of an Edwardian House where we reviewed the overall house layout and provided a design to meet the client’s aspirations. This includes an enhanced ground floor arrangement providing a new kitchen, family room and a garden room. The house previously had the kitchen located awkwardly in the narrow rear extension. We decided to re-plan the ground floor around the kitchen providing a new utility room and designating the south facing extension as a “garden room”.
