This project‘s has had an unusual trajectory based on a short lease and the possibility of having to move to new premises. The design flipped an existing cellular arrangement to open plan but managed the cultural change by inserting the main volume in the centre of the floorplate. An irregular edge was applied to this training room by adding small meeting rooms, resulting in a series of pockets of space for different teams. All are fabricated from SIP panels and lightweight twinwall ensuring that a simple demount will enable future relocation.
