Two 2,500 sq. m. buildings were built with simple and flexible rectangular floor plates offering fantastic daylight and views over the historic Naval Dockyards and the river Medway. The simple plan was achieved by enclosing all stairs, lifts, plant and WCs in ‘book ends’ and installing brise soleil protected glass facades to the open plan office space.
