50,000sqft of Cat A office space have now been refurbished based on the blueprint first developed for Great Portland Estates offices on the 17th Floor of this West End landmark. A novel distributed servicing approach developed with Hilson Moran combined with careful coordination of ceilings and lighting delivered 2600mm ceiling heights within a restricted 3050mm floor to floor dimension. Continuous raised floors without historic ramping were accommodated by re-levelling lift openings within newly refurbished lift lobby and WC cores.
